James Rollin and Faith Sump were and are guilty as hell of backing out of a real estate contract and William Brain Schaulis, DDS and Jennifer Jueneman-Lass-Schaulis and their partners Dennis Roles and Greg Roles were and are the wounded parties. William Brain Schaulis, DDS and Jennifer Jueneman-Lass-Schaulis would have received their down payment of $2,000.00 back but wanted the Clay County Attorney to get them more money from Rollin and Faith Sump. Faith Sump feels they wanted more money because she caught the swindle of them having Jeff Bathurst -Real Estate Agent adding things to the original contract after they signed the contract. Please note Jeff Bathurst’s clients were Rollin and Faith Sump and as a real estate agent, he was required under real estate laws to protect his clients Rollin and Faith Sump and he filed and refused to do so. It didn’t seem to matter to the Clay County Attorney Richard E. James that Jeff Bathurst (Real Estate Agent for John Omli and Associates, Inc. Real Estate and Auctions and son-in-law to John Omli) failed or just outright refused to provide a copy of the signed contract to his clients Rollin and Faith Sump after they signed the contract in order he could be able to take the original contract with him so he could then add things to the contract after Rollin and Faith Sump signed the contract. In fact, Jeff Bathurst ended up working with the Clay County Attorney Richard E. James who was and still is representing William Brain Schaulis, DDS and Jennifer Jueneman-Lass-Schaulis. In fact, Richard E. James ended up also representing Jeff Bathurst and John Omli of John Omli and Associates, Inc. Real Estate and Auctions. However, before Richard E. James ended up also representing Jeff Bathurst and John Omli of John Omli and Associates, Inc. Real Estate and Auctions. The first attorney for Jeff Bathurst and John Omli admitted in writing to Faith Sump that the contract in fact contained at least two known inaccuracies (wrong property description and wrong party possessing rights to the growing wheat crop). | Judge Stutzman of the Kansas 21st Judicial District Court ordered Central Plains Title, LLC (owner Golria M. Fowles) to give Rollin and Faith Sump a check for the payment of the property. Yet, instead, of doing what the Court ordered Clay County Attorney Rick James and off duty Clay County Deputy Allen Brumfield admitted in writing that Central Plains Title, LLC (owner Golria M. Fowles) gave the check to Clay County Attorney Rick James who then said he gave the check to off duty Clay County Deputy Allen Brumfield to deliver who then stated in writing he throw the check in a ditch. Nothing like giving the check to the wrong person(s)! Nothing like passing a check around to people that didn’t have any business having their hands on a check made out to Rollin and Faith Sump! Deputy Brian Campbell was to testify that he was the deputy that was called as a standby during the wheat appraisal. However, evidence discovered showed Deputy Campbell was on standby at the wrong wheat field. |

Judge Stutzman ordered Rollin and Faith Sump to pay Brian Schaulis DDS more money then what the wheat crop even brought and passed it off as justice. We call that a County Attorney and Judge swindle! It is a big swindle when a County Attorney talks a Judge into ordering an old farmer that only wants to retire from farming to pay a wealthy dentist for a wheat crop that belonged to the old farmer man to start with. |

He planted 72 acres of wheat which produced 29 bushels per acre which was one of the worst wheat crops ever harvested. The above thumbnail shows appriser stated... "overall average predicted to be 56 bushels per acre." However, Rick James claimed in his letter the wheat was apprised at 72 bushels per acre and then had the appriser claim the wheat was apprised to make even more when taking the witness stand. Then after receiving a copy of the wheat check during discovery Rick James then claimed Rollin Sump was hiding wheat and had Deputy Allen Brumfield do an illegal search of the property and when finding no wheat stored then claimed neighbors were hiding the wheat for Rollin Sump. Which Rick James was not able to prove and never even tried to prove. He just wanted to slander/Lible Rollin Sump and his neighbors. |

| Allen Brumfield (Clay County KS Sheriff Deputy and USD 379 School Resource Officer) In an interview with the Clay Center Dispatch (Dec. 1, 2010) he admitted under aged school children talk to him without their parents being informed or notified. He also claims he is not required under law to inform or notify the parents or even report things told to him by the child to the proper authorities. He also claims he is not required to allow the child and parents to retain an attorney before questioning children. (Questioning by law enforcement is just another word for Interrogation.) Brenda Jordan (Attorney) She has admitted to parents that she is allowed as an attorney to talk with under aged children without their parents consent or knowledge. |
| We believe parents should be worried!!!!! It is reported in the news all the time that adults manipulate children. Even adults such as Deputies and Attorneys have been known to manipulate children just the same as teachers. We feel people that believe they have the legal right to call / talk with other peoples under aged children without parents knowing are child predators / sexual predators. Allen Brumfield admitting he is NOT required under law to inform or notify the parents or even report things told to him by the child to the proper authorities is the same as saying he alone decides what he will and won't report concerning what a child tells him. He may decide not to report that a child tells him that he/she was raped by a teacher, classmate, parent, family member, etc. He may even protect a rapist by manipulating the child into keeping quite. He may even help with information concerning abortion. Why have we as parents let things like this be allowed? Why have we not put our foot down? Why do we let the Government, Schools, Teachers, School Staff, Deputies, etc. tell us we don't have the legal right to be informed when it comes to our children? |
